A Quyn, a Hmong Christian from the Dak Ha District, Kontum Province, Vietnam, was arrested on November 18, 2013. He was sentenced to nine and a half years imprisonment, under Article 87 for practising his faith without government permission.
He completed his sentence on May 18, 2023 and is likely released.
