It has been reported that Amir Ali-Minae, Hakop Gochumyan, Joseph Shahbazian and Naser Navera Gol-Tapeh were among those transferred to the Greater Tehran Penitentiary during the 12-Day War. Other reports state that prisoners were violently and hastily transferred from Evin Prison in shackles and handcuffs, with only minimal personal items allowed to be taken with them. The Penitentiary, known also as (Fashafouyeh), lacks basic living and health conditions.
