Reverend Arcadis Solano

Rev. Arcadis Rafael Solano has been experiencing severe harassment from government and Communist party officials for many years. During the recent pandemic the government harassment has continued, with phone calls, official summons and interrogations. Arcadis has remained strong in his faith, and is determined to serve God.
